We at Soul Ease Physiotherapy also give great importance to identifying risk factors to prevent further injury or disability. We will ensure you are fighting fit as soon as possible, whether it be maintenance, a specific sports injury, long-standing pain, or rehab following childbirth.

We will also prescribe exercises but equally engage in manual hands-on therapy and treatment, including joint and soft tissue manipulation.
