A £20 deposit is required to secure all physiotherapy appointments.

1. The £20 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment, if preferred.
3. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the £20 deposit being non-refundable.
4. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
